Contact form. When a user fills in the contact form on the website, the personal data voluntarily provided—name, email address, and message content—is collected. This data is used solely to respond to the user’s enquiry.

During normal browsing, the website automatically collects certain technical data (such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and time spent on the site) through Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. Where possible, this data is processed in an aggregated and anonymised form and is collected only after the user’s explicit consent via the cookie banner displayed on the website.
Technical cookies. The website uses technical cookies that are necessary for the proper functioning of the WordPress platform, for example to manage sessions when accessing the administration area. 3. Purposes of Processing

4. Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of browsing data through Google Analytics is based on the user’s consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), provided via the website’s cookie banner.
5. Methods of Processing
Personal data is processed using electronic and IT-based systems, through organisational and operational methods strictly related to the purposes described above, and in a manner that ensures the logical and physical security of the data.
6. Place of Processing and Data Transfers
through Google Analytics 4 may be transferred to and stored on Google LLC servers, including servers located outside the European Union. Google LLC relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission as a safeguard for such data transfers.
7. Data Retention Period
Personal data collected through the contact form is retained for the time necessary to handle the user’s request and, thereafter, for a maximum period of 12 months, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Data collected through Google Analytics is retained in accordance with the data retention settings configured in the Data Controller’s Google Analytics account.
